We're now offering curbside pickup of any equipment orders at our office locations. Our account representatives will work with your schedule to arrange a pick-up time suitable for you.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused many changes to how businesses and other organizations operate. At ImageNet Consulting, we have adapted our practices to protect health and safety as we work tirelessly to ensure the products, services and business processes our customers trust remain fully available and operational.

Since mid-March, we have offered many employee remote work arrangements which provide full access to our tools and systems. Employees who remained in key operating locations did so with necessary precautions recommended by the Centers for Diseases Control (CDC).

For service engineers and others who must visit customers sites, we offer protective equipment such as gloves and sanitizing wipes, as well as training in best practices suggested by the CDC.

These practices include:

  • Disinfecting all equipment and customer devices before beginning work
  • Remaining at a safe distance from other people
  • Disinfecting all equipment and customer devices after work is complete
  • Technician vehicles are stocked with extra supplies to protect their health and safety
