Project Managers should not only execute on projects and services from a technical standpoint, but
also build relationships with our clients by communicating the passion ImageNet has for reliable AV
Systems. A keen attention to detail while still being able to maintain a bird’s eye view of an AV Install project
is crucial for success in this role. They must be able to communicate openly and efficiently with all parties
involved in our AV projects, from internal and client staff to general contractors over larger projects involving
multiple trades.

The AV Lead Technician helps bring a project into reality by overseeing the entire installation process. They work
closely with, and alongside our AV Technicians to ensure that each system install runs smoothly by collaborating with our
Project Coordinator and Client Site Contact. An AV Lead Technician is someone who has a passion for leading and training
people and is driven to get the job done the right way. This is also someone who is capable of multitasking while still staying
on target to accomplish daily goals and task lists.
Even though care is taken to design full AV systems beforehand, adaptability and problem-solving skills are a must.
Not everything goes according to plan, and we need someone who is able to roll with the punches and figure out how to
get it done, even if the solution isn’t nice and neatly laid out in front of them. They must consistently achieve high quality
results and maintain top notch client service and communication.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs any service calls and installations assigned by AV Lead Technician; assists in sales and customer
facing meetings as needed and reports all customer complaints to management for follow up
• Inspects and tests equipment to locate and repair problems; assists other AV Team members in
troubleshooting audiovisual or network related issues

Project Coordinators are responsible for scheduling, anticipating, and resolving client needs and
supporting the AV Services Team. They help bring projects into reality by overseeing the entire installation
process, from post-sales communication through project completion. They work closely with our clients to
ensure that each system install runs smoothly by collaborating with ImageNet’s internal AV Team to get the job
done to the client’s satisfaction.
Project Coordinators have a passion for creating and accomplishing extensive task lists to keep
everything organized for multiple projects at a time. Someone who is capable of multitasking while still
staying on target to accomplish daily goals and task lists. Their ability to communicate effectively to the client
ensures our clients are always up-to-date and comfortable with how projects are moving along and increase our
impact on future business in lasting relationships.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures clients and AV Services Team have all necessary supplies and equipment and maintains active
installation/project schedule.
• Maintains up to date project communication with customer/client for all AV projects.
• Ensures schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated; pre-arranges with customers an
estimated time of arrival for install teams; keeps Services Manager updates with projects and issues.
• Schedules client training on new equipment use and maintenance.
• Updates internal project-tracking software daily.
• Receives client phone calls, answers client inquiries, and helps to resolve client issues by coordinating with
proper company personnel.
• Gathers any needed information regarding client devices and relays information to appropriate department.

An AV Service Technician works closely with new and existing ImageNet AV clients to perform diagnostic
tests, maintenance, and repair of Audio Video systems. The ability to quickly troubleshoot, consult available
documentation or vendor resources allows our clients to keep their uptime at a premium.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs any service calls and installations assigned by AV Project Coordinator
• Assists in sales and customer facing meetings as needed and reports all customer complaints to management

The Solutions Manager executes general tasks for the day-to-day operations involving existing or potential
ImageNet AV projects. A passion for educating clients on new or existing audiovisual solutions is the forefront of
assisting our clientele in their ongoing technology needs and goals. The ability to quickly determine AV best
practices and solutions is a must to succeed in this role.
The Solutions Manager manages all Service Technicians, as well as client demos for proposed audiovisual
systems. The more projects ImageNet AV completes as we grow, the more we seek to stay connected to the client
by offering great support and service along the way. This position is crucial to maintaining ImageNet’s goal of being a
wholistic offering for our clients with an immeasurable value add in their business.

The Sourcing Manager executes general tasks for the day-to-day operations after a project proposal is signed. All job
duties and tasks will; be surrounding existing ImageNet AV Internal or External Client ordering needs. A passion for numbercrunching,
organization, and regular spreadsheet maneuvering is a must in this role. Initial project scheduling is based on
equipment logistics, and the management of all sourcing workflows in the AV Order of Operations rely on accurate
reflections of these details.
The Sourcing Manager regularly finds ways to increase the bottom line by getting great pricing, shipping rates, and
discounts where possible. They are responsible for the coordination of procurement activities including the purchase of
materials and services, vendor engagement and negotiation to deliver the highest possible value while managing supply
chain logistics in partnership with project teams to ensure successful and timely outcomes. The Sourcing Manager would
also be expected to effectively streamline and improve current systems in place to smooth out the process as we continue to
grow and expand in new markets.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Strong focus on quality and accuracy with many projects and shipping deadlines
• Vendor purchase order creation and ordering using ImageNet’s proprietary internal software(s)
• Working with spreadsheets and margin worksheets for orders, getting availability and tracking equipment order
status with distribution in those spreadsheets, as well as maintaining that data in our project management and install
scheduling software
• Follow through with warehouse staff for receiving deliveries into the warehouse management system for Accounts
Payable
• Partner with project teams to oversee the delivery of goods and services to ensure they are delivered and executed
in alignment with the project plan
• Manage material cost/risk through several methods including price negotiation and alternative sourcing as required
• Responsible for submission of orders into the finance system to facilitate procurement of goods and services thru
the corporate procurement team
• Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies with any existing purchase orders

up with the latest design, technology, and systems to discuss while meeting with clients during Needs Analysis
walkthroughs, demos, or welcome meetings.
The AV Specialist requires a demonstrated experience selling network services, unified collaboration and
communications, and display technology. They will provide data to create sales forecasts and can work with
ImageNet account representatives to develop sales strategies tailored to their geographic territory or vertical market.
They will also continually develop target accounts and prospects through sales pipeline development to identify and
profile prospects.

The Systems Manager oversees all ImageNet general tasks for the day-to-day operations leading up to a client
proposal. Their duties and tasks are surrounding new or existing ImageNet AV client project estimate needs by
managing branch-specific AV Engineers designing proposals for their designated markets. Typical audiovisual systems
include boardrooms, meeting rooms, training rooms, videoconferencing systems, lighting systems, control rooms,
sound reinforcement systems, and more. Most systems are digital and designed to be controlled by components using
software coded by ImageNet engineers.
The Systems Manager regularly finds ways to increase the bottom line by creating efficient, new, or
innovative designs for our clients wherever possible. The Systems Manager would be expected to effectively
streamline and adapt current systems in place to smooth out the process as we continue to grow and expand in
AV.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitate detailed site walks with potential jobs and give functionality ideas and ballpark budgets to decide if
an opportunity is worth pursuing with our ImageNet Sales Team.
• Able to quickly design and craft full quotes scopes submitted to sales reps for direct submittal with customers
• Our AV Engineers design 100% of the systems, then proposals are handed off to the Sales Team. Sales
Representatives point/connect/hunt, AV Sales Engineering help design/engineer

Position Summary
Responsible for securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving discrepancies.
Responsibilities
• Verifies transaction information by reconciling statements and transactions.
• Collects revenue by computing charges and refunds, preparing and mailing invoices, identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments and reminding delinquent accounts and notifying customers of insufficient payments.
• Performs all duties necessary to collect on aging accounts and manage past dues.
• Prepares daily cash deposits and fills out cash control sheet daily; processes daily credit card deposits.
• Enters finalized cash receipts and posts account transactions to accounts receivable sub ledger by customer; files check stubs and bank receipts.
• Researches and processes charge backs, returns, bad checks and customer claims of invoice payment.
• Responds to inquiries from department personnel and customers.
• Obtains and mails invoice copies for customers, as requested.
• Calls and/or mails correspondence to customers as necessary in order to update accounts.
