The invoices you will begin to receive will be similar to the one provided in the past by Hogland. It will list the equipment description, serial number, machine identifications, starting and ending meters, and the corresponding charges.

The technician you are accustomed to seeing will remain unchanged. However, Hogland and lmageNet will implement a state-of-the-art service tool that will assist in reducing the downtimes on service needs. lmageNet will also begin placing new asset tags to each device in order for you to reference an equipment ID number in the case that service is requested.
The number that you are accustomed to calling (phone: 806.763.9525) will not be changed but the greeting will be adjusted to route incoming calls to the appropriate department.
